Job Description
As the specialist for Fluor on the contract, you will be tasked with purchasing the right supplies at the right time for the right department.
This role is critical for ensuring the contract is fed with the right gear at the right price.

Basic Job Requirements
What does your day look like?

Coordination of contractor kick-off meeting & site mobilisation.
Tenders evaluation/negotiation, issuing, prepare RFA for internal & Client approval, Contract Award including conforming agreed contract terms.
Developing RFD documents.
Post Contract award administration including: progress meetings, monitor progress, evaluate progress payment claims, contract variation process, evaluate claims & Contract close-out activities.
Other Job Requirements
About You:
Previous experience dealing with major construction projects greater than $20 million.
Previous experience in a coordinator role for major contracts.
Ability to communicate effectively across different disciplines.
Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).
Previous experience in mining contracts.
Strong commitment to team safety.
