Position Overview: MMS is seeking a Procurement Specialist with a background in mobile plant to be based at our Bibra Lake office. This role will support our Perth based workshop as well as our Goldfields contract mining operations. Key Responsibilities: Work with our workshops and suppliers to ensure we are getting the best product and solutions Responsibility for the supply of quality parts, oils and consumables from our supplier network Organising freight and logistics to get parts and consumables to site in a timely manner Obtaining quotes from suppliers and ensuring purchases are made at competitive prices Maintaining a good working relationship with the entirety of the supply chain Skills/Qualifications: Minimum 3 years relevant experience Procurement experience in a mobile plant, transport or logistics environment Experience with Caterpillar SIS, Volvo Pro SIS and Hitachi Parts (preferred) Accurate data entry and organised record keeping processes Enjoys working in a fast paced, high-performance maintenance team Demonstrates a sense of urgency with regards to purchasing Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
