You will ensure processes align with governance standards, enhance supplier compliance, and identify sourcing opportunities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the region.As a Procurement Specialist, you'll make a positive impact by:Leading strategic procurement projects and ensuring adherence to governance standardsAnalysing purchasing needs to develop optimal procurement strategiesCollaborating with Category Managers to align sourcing activities with category plansConducting market analyses to identify and qualify new suppliersManaging RFx processes, bidder interactions, and contract negotiationsReporting cost savings and tracking compliance with established frameworksYour ideal skills & experience:At least 3 years' experience in procurement, commercial management or finance management - with strong category management skillsProficiency in strategic sourcing and contract managementExceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationshipsA proactive approach to process improvement and automationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAs a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across Justice, Immigration, Defence, Space, Customer Services, Health, and Urban Mobility.
