Plan annual tenders, improvement projects, and negotiations calendar aligned with category and BUs' priority list Identify opportunities and prepare RFIs/RFQs Suggest and execute sourcing strategy Implement price negotiations in multiple formats Co-lead negotiations award and follow up supplier transitions Contribute to developing and implementing the category strategy and achieving annual budgets Co-develop Category Procurement Strategy, including scoping, industry analysis, business requirements, risk assessment, stakeholder mapping, and category plan Supplier management- Own the commercial relationship with designated suppliers, develop new ones, and manage and solve suppliers' issues when necessary Identify new potential suppliers and review supplier performance periodically Coordinate supplier work for quality issues resolution and ensure NDAs, Contracts, and Terms & Conditions are signed and up to date Support business teams in introducing new products and suggest alternatives Monitor and understand industry trends and change materials and suppliers to achieve Sustainability Targets Monitor supplier risks and take action to mitigate them Maintain SAP for all procurement SKU's and follow category market intelligence Co-develop annual budget and be a trusted "go-to person" for all BUs procurement needs of the category Key Skills and Experience for the role: Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial or technical study 5+ years regional procurement experience SAP super user, MRP/IBP Experience in a fast paced, large international environment with multiple BU's Strong stakeholder management skills Advanced in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Analytical skills, good knowledge of business analysis and costing – TCO models Key Attributes and Additional Requirements Strong Leadership capability Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders Live and breathe Vista Values and Behaviours Ability to clearly communicate and influence ideas Experience with lean methods Strong drive for results OHS Responsibilities Adhere to all OHS policies and procedures Take reasonable care of themselves and others who may be affected by their actions Report all hazards, accidents and incidents immediately to respective leaders and Safety Specialists Ensure that personal protective clothing and equipment is worn and used to perform the job safely
