Our Finance and Admin team is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist.
What awaits you? You will be responsible for end-to-end tender management within the tender timeline and BMW Group Purchasing guidelines.You will be responsible for steering supplier development and standardise and manage contractual agreements to minimise risk.You will be responsible for conducting cross functional sourcing projects, including supplier sourcing, the tender process, commercial negotiation, and contract negotiation.You will be responsible for preparing all tender documentation including bidder list, sourcing recommendation, Request for Quotation, ensuring that bidders comply with BMW Group guidelines and Compliance requirements.You will drive the analysis of tender proposals with the responsibility of evaluation, negotiation, recommendation as well as contract drafting.From time to time, you will be involved in tender steering and processes across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa markets.Qualifications & Experience A tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline.Demonstrated experience in Procurement within the Automotive environment preferred with exposure in the logistics commodity an advantage.Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability professionally liaise with all stakeholders.Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and various Purchase Order Systems required with experience in SAP and Coupe highly desirable.Possess a strong analytical mindset with the aptitude to interrogate systems to produce meaningful data.What Do We Offer?
