The Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to provide services in the areas of ICT labour hire, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate and undertake end-to-end procurement activities including developing planning, RFQ and evaluation documentation, conducting evaluations and engaging with stakeholders. Please note: All candidates applying to this role must be Australian Citizens and have a current Baseline Security Clearance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage procurement documents in collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Commonwealth Procurement Rules. Utilize Commonwealth panel arrangements effectively, including open/limited tender processes, focusing on ICT procurement. Ensure good probity practices and compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework and Resource Management Framework. Build and maintain productive relationships with ICT professionals, vendors, and a diverse range of stakeholders. To be successful in the role, you must have: Demonstrated experience in developing procurement documents and utilizing Commonwealth panel arrangements. Strong understanding of probity practices, Commonwealth Procurement Framework, and Resource Management Framework. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with EDRM Systems.
