About the role In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in end-to-end procurement and contract management to delivery quality services and work closely with business areas to ensure compliance to ActewAGL's Procurement Framework. You'll thrive in an autonomous environment, contributing to ActewAGL's success as a leading energy provider. A day in the life of the role: Procurement and contract assistance: provide expert guidance to the business on procurement processes and contract management activities Contract Register Management: establish and maintain a comprehensive contract register for all corporate supplier agreements Tender preparation and negotiation: prepare tender and contract documents, skilfully negotiate with suppliers, and evaluate tenders and offers alongside contract owners. Supplier relations: lead contract evaluations, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify contract risks, and actively foster strong relationships with suppliers About you To be successful, you will have: A CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply, or relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Finance Established working experience in a similar procurement or contract management role where you have developed supplier relationships and been part of tender preparation, evaluation and contract negotiation.
