A day in the life of the role: Procurement and contract assistance: provide expert guidance to the business on procurement processes and contract management activitiesContract Register Management: establish and maintain a comprehensive contract register for all corporate supplier agreementsTender preparation and negotiation: prepare tender and contract documents, skilfully negotiate with suppliers, and evaluate tenders and offers alongside contract owners.Supplier relations: lead contract evaluations, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify contract risks, and actively foster strong relationships with suppliersAbout you To be successful, you will have:
A CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply, or relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or FinanceEstablished working experience in a similar procurement or contract management role where you have developed supplier relationships and been part of tender preparation, evaluation and contract negotiation.About Us For over 100 years, ActewAGL has supplied safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions to Canberra and the surrounding ACT and NSW region.
