The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for developing, deploying and managing the procurement strategy in order to deliver sustained value to the Group.
This role involves the strategic sourcing of both finished goods and raw materials for our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to nurturing supplier partnerships, balancing costs with quality, and optimizing the procurement process.

Lead and manage end to end procurement activities in partnership with internal stakeholders across the Group including procurement planning and documentation, identification, evaluation, supplier negotiation and contract development.Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and long-term value.Drive the tender / RFX process.Negotiate terms, pricing and quality for goods and services based on Group business objectives.Work closely with suppliers (local and international) to identify solutions to create efficiencies, reduce costs and meet sustainability initiatives.Develop a robust framework for the procurement of goods and services and the establishment of 'preferred supplier' relationships.Work closely with internal stakeholders including purchasing, logistics and manufacturing to understand the business needs.Continually undertake a business needs assessment, supply market analysis and commercial risk assessments to inform procurement planning and sourcing decisions.Undertake supplier reviews as required.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess procurement effectiveness.Maintain all necessary records and documentation relevant to quotes, contracts and agreements.The successful candidate will have (Qualifications, Skills and Experience):Five or more years' experience in a procurement role with a reputable enterprise.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (preferred).Strategic thinker with an ability to think 'outside the box'.Who we are:Dy-Mark Australia Pty Ltd is a leading force in the innovative manufacture and distribution of top-quality specialised marking paints and coatings.
