They are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the Engineering Procurement team on a full-time, permanent basis.Reporting into the Procurement Portfolio Manager, this Procurement Specialist will lead end-to-end procurement and contract management processes for the maintenance services category.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing category management strategies in line with company objectivesDrive strategic sourcing and cost saving activitiesConduct complex tender processes and lead high level negotiationsExecute, draft and award contract agreementsLead contract performance and strategic relationship management activities to deliver safe, effective, and efficient outcomes for the groupProvide commercial advice for relevant categories across the groupIdentify and monitor spend targets and propose improvement measuresContribute to and continually develop contract and supplier performance management strategiesSkills & Experience:Previous experience within a strategic sourcing, category management or procurement specialist position requiredExperience procuring engineering and maintenance services is essentialAbility to draft contractual agreementsStrong understanding of contract lawStrong communication, relationship building and negotiation skillsApply:Click 'Apply' or contact Laura Gibbons, Principal Consultant – Procurement & Supply Chain at / for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
