Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team in delivering strategic procurement and supply services.
Foster collaboration and customer service within the team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful procurement outcomes.
Apply procurement principles and legal interpretation to develop practical solutions.
Ensure high-quality documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Supervise and mentor procurement officers to deliver exceptional results.
Manage multiple projects, prioritizing issues and implementing solutions.
Draft clear briefs, reports, and communication materials.
Support strategic initiatives, including social, sustainable, and local participation goals.
Represent the Branch's objectives and values in all interactions.
Experience & Skills Required:
Proven procurement and supply management experience with a solid understanding of principles and policies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
High-level strategic and analytical thinking.
Experience in drafting documentation, including briefs and reports.
Commitment to value for money and sustainable procurement practices.
