Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Developing Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, financial stability, and ethical practices.Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Cost Analysis and Budget Management: Analyze total cost of ownership and conduct cost-benefit analysis to optimize procurement decisions.
Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that may impact sourcing activities, proactively addressing any challenges or disruptions.To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
