This position would suit an organised, forward-thinking and proactive person who is familiar with the manufacturing, engineering or maintenance sectors.The role is a twelve month fixed term contract based within our Mackay office located in Paget.About youWe are looking for an applicant that can demonstrate the following:Proficient in the use of Microsoft/Office 365 packageExcellent organisational skillsUnderstanding of job planning and tracking processes in an industrial/manufacturing environmentCapable of forging good and effective working relationships with Mainetec's workshop and administration teams, including with remote colleagues in Perth and internationallyAdditional characteristics that will be viewed favourably:Experience using Oracle/Netsuite systemKey responsibilitiesPrepare and manage job packs and documentationMonitor and report on workshop job progressPlan and book all third party services required for workshop jobsProcess sales orders and client purchase ordersEnsure optimum stock levels through internal consultation, reports and replenishment ordersContribute to continuous improvement including process review and recommendationsEnsuring work is conducted in compliance with Mainetec safety and quality frameworksLiaise with Operations Manager, workshop supervisory staff and warehouse team to support the progression of jobs through the workshop in a timely mannerCome and join the future…a truly global world class team.Mainetec is committed to fair and equal employment opportunities for all applicants.
