About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

CSV Corporate is the specialist service arm of CSV that provides support to the courts and tribunals in a range of corporate functions including human resources; finance; procurement; facilities; assets and contract management; security; risk, audit and compliance; project management; business intelligence; communications; business review and improvement; technology; and transcription services.
About the Role The Procurement Partner operates under a business partnering model whereby they will be the appointed procurement support resource for nominated court jurisdictions. The role of the Procurement Partner will be to provide specialist advice and support across CSV to ensure consistency in approach in all procurement activities. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading or supporting the sourcing process, developing procurement plans, and identifying cost savings and operational efficiencies, all of which are to be undertaken within the business partnering model.
The Procurement Partner will be responsible for supporting the business through providing advice, supporting and leading high quality procurement processes.
Key Accountabilities: Providing procurement support and probity advice to CSV including mentoring and coaching employees across the organisation on procurement policies, practices and processes, ensuring compliance, value for money and the delivery of contractual obligations.Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen the business partnering approach to procurement.Developing procurement plans and managing end to end sourcing activities that generate operational efficiencies and achieving financial savings targets through insight and analysis of category areas.About You Proven experience delivering value for money outcomes in a complex environment.Demonstrated experience achieving successful commercial outcomes by managing end-to-end procurement activities including the sourcing and management of complex goods and/or service contracts within the public or private sector.Demonstrated proficiency in procurement systems and processes.Analytical skills and a proven track record in identifying commercial opportunities.How to Apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
