The work requires in depth research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation skills to develop and implement complex practices, systems, and processes to meet difficult operational and service delivery requirements.

Duties Provide authoritative advice and expertise to support high level Departmental procurement, contract management and inventory management services. The work requires in-depth research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation skills to develop and implement complex practices, systems, and processes to meet difficult operational and service delivery requirements.
