Procurement Officer / Contract Administrator with JOINERY OR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE Planning for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and approving quotes
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records
Maintaining and updating supplier information
Maintaining good supplier relations
Negotiating contracts and quotes
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Invoicing experience
Knowledge of take-offs from drawings
+3 years of construction and joinery experience
Good interpersonal skills
Good written communication skills, with the ability to interpret information and communicate effectively
Good research and analytical skills
Demonstrated initiative and sound organisational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $66,343.40 – $116,137.17 per year
