An exciting opportunity exists to be part of a dynamic team thatsupports the procurement function across Council. The role requirescoordination of procurement events, compliance monitoring againstCouncils policies and procedures as well as the provision ofdetailed analysis of spend data, tendered offers and otherstatistical and financial data and reporting.
About you
Are you confident, articulate anda team player that can build strong relationships with keystakeholders.
We seek an experienced procurement officer with a qualificationin procurement and contracting or business procurement or anequivalent discipline or a minimum 3 years demonstrated experienceworking in a multi faceted procurement environment on a range ofcategories including works, goods and services.
You aren't afraid to try new things and innovate when acreative solution is required. You work autonomously or aspart of a group to deliver great results in a regulatedframework.
