Your new role

As Procurement Officer, you will work alongside the Procurement Manager in the day-to-day activities of the Procurement function and department.
Sourcing activities for projects, working with internal project team and suppliersPreparing RFQsDaily creation and maintenance of purchase ordersExpediting purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveryManaging supplier's delivery performance and monitoring service and quality issuesCommunicate with internal stakeholders regarding stock availability and delivery statusLiaise with freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveriesWhat you'll need to succeed Experience in a procurement/purchasing roleEngineering/Project Management or technical background would be advantageousExperience using SAP or equivalent ERPAbility to multitask and prioritiseWhat you'll get in return Full-Time Permanent RoleUp to $120K + SuperHybrid Working FlexibilityWestern Sydney LocationWhat you need to do now
