Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient end to end "Order to Delivery" management of the delivery of goods and services to end users across all sites, including:Maintaining site contract registers and databases.Establishing contract management plan policies and procedures documentation that clearly sets out the business requirements in contract documentation.Reviewing compliance against contract management plans and obligation checklists.Supporting quarterly contract management meetings with suppliers/contractors.Managing the procurement function with administering tendering, evaluation and awarding of contracts.Tender evaluation, ensuring providers are selected in an objective and rigorous way.Conducting pricing reviews and contract re-negotiation.Placing orders in a timely and cost-effective manner so that the organisation is sufficiently stocked for efficient and safe operation.Liaising with suppliers for the best possible outcomes for the organisation regarding price and suitability.Providing advice in relation to suppliers, prices, quality, lead times.Financial management ensuring all financial transactions are conducted in line with the organisation's Delegation of Authority guidelines and policies.What you'll need to succeedThis is a great new role for someone who wants to add value to an organisation.
