Our facilities services client, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to join their dynamic Supply Chain and Procurement team.
Reporting to the Category Manager and working closely with the Business Performance Team and Business Segments, this role is crucial in managing contract glide path savings and delivering business and client goals through proactive procurement initiatives.
Salary: $100-$160k per annum Location: VIC, 3008 Work type: Full time with WFH options Key Requirements: Commercial procurement experience in a matrix organization, preferably in the FM industry Experience in subcontractor management in a similar industry Proven experience managing larger-scale tenders, preferably in highly regulated environments At least 5 years' experience in procurement methodologies to drive cost savings Demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end category projects from idea inception to business implementation Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong presentation skills to conduct weekly stakeholder meetings Excellent influencing and negotiation skills for stakeholder approval in project execution Desirable Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project CIPS qualification or working towards completion Digital procurement experience with a leading P2P platform Responsibilities: Proactively manage contract glide path savings and provide accurate updates to the client Lead monthly client glide path savings meetings and savings projects Execute tendering and negotiation of designated services cost-effectively and timely Manage and measure vendor performance to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement Foster long-term relationships with third-party vendors and resolve any vendor-related issues Engage with clients, present key findings, and support project delivery Contribute to the achievement of Global/Regional Supply Chain KPIs and account contracted KPIs Participate in Supply Chain team meetings and foster a culture of openness and professionalism Ensure the accuracy of all supply-related information within IT systems Comply with regulatory, contractual obligations, and company policies Maintain safe work practices and a safe work environment in compliance with OHS standards Benefits: Professional development opportunities, with funding available for further education Flexible work options Dynamic and collaborative team Mentoring programs Social and team building events If interested, please apply directly to ensure your application is considered.
