Providing internal and external customer supportAssisting with the processing of purchase orders and preparing invoices for approval nationallyTracking purchase orders and checking against national price lists & quotesGeneral office duties and other duties as required or requestedRequirements: Previous high volume data entry experienceExceptional time managementAttention to detailAbility to understand pricing agreements and contractsA continuous improvement mindset, using initiative to identify and recommend areas for improvementPrevious experience within the construction industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to liaise professionally and courteously with colleagues, clients, and suppliersA supportive 'can do' attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
