As well as collecting and analysing foreign intelligence, our client provides information security services to the Australian Government.The RoleOur client is seeking multiple Procurement Specialists to provide services for labour hire, ICT hardware and ICT software products. You will work within a team, tasked with providing end-to-end support to business areas when engaging labour hire contractors as well as providing additional ICT hardware and software procurement support to the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:preparation and review of procurement documents including: approval documents, requests for quote, evaluation reports, work orders and purchase orders.provision of procurement and contract management advice and assistance to project and program teamsimplementation of Commonwealth procurement policies and legislation and agency procurement policies and practicesdevelopment of team tools, guides and templates, as requiredSkills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience developing procurement documents in consultation with stakeholdersDemonstrated experience using Commonwealth panel arrangements for labour hire, ICT hardware and ICT software productsAbility to use MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and familiarity with the use of Electronic Document Records Management (EDRM) SystemsDemonstrated experience liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders including ICT professionals and vendorsApplicationTo apply for this opportunity, please click 'APPLY'.
