AO4 Procurement Officer ASAP Start 3 months + possible extension $58.02 + super per hour Queensland State Government Cannon Hill The Role Join this large QLD Government Department for an initial 3-month contract as an A04 Procurement Officer.
Your duties will include:
Management of supplier panels Maintaining accurate and up to date supplier records Provide high level administration support to senior management & team Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery Assisting with the preparation and calling of tenders for a variety of categories Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to contribute to the development and implementation of regional Standing Offer Agreements You The successful candidate will have:
Prior experience in procurement Proficient MS Office Suite skills, including Excel Demonstrated Supplier Panel Management experience A strong understanding of Standing Offer Arrangements Tendering experience is highly desirable High attention to detail & excellent communication skills Apply
