The Procurement Manager - Supply Chain, Fleet & Property Management provides critical support to the O'Brien Glass Operations team with flexible & efficient supply chain function, industry leading fleet management and refurbishments, footprint strategy implementation & Property Management.
Working RelationshipsInternal - Operations Network, Finance TeamExternal - Relevant suppliers, Leasing Companies, Vehicle Dealers & Body Builders, Property Agents, Landlords & BuildersQualificationsEssentialDegree qualified, preferably with recognized qualifications in a commercial or procurement fieldExperience & AttributesEssentialAt least 5 years experience in a world class procurement function.Strong fleet management background essential, experience with commercial vehicle body builders highly desirable.Property leasing knowledge (as Lessor).Operationally minded with strong communication and collaboration skills.Highly skilled negotiator with very strong commercial acumen.Strong analytical skills.Ability to lead and inspire belief in the procurement function.Demonstrated ability to link implementation of procurement initiatives to profitable growth.Intermediate user of MS Excel and a good working knowledge of MS Office.DesirableCompetency in pre-legal review of draft leases.Experience with Factory/Warehouse property leasing.Glass or construction industry background.A good working knowledge of logistics, inventory management processes and capability.If you meet the above criteria and you're seeking a rewarding career with a nationally recognised household brand, then we would love to hear from you.
