Working RelationshipsInternal - Operations Network, Finance TeamExternal - Relevant suppliers, Leasing Companies, Vehicle Dealers & Body Builders, Property Agents, Landlords & BuildersQualificationsEssentialDegree qualified, preferably with recognized qualifications in a commercial or procurement fieldExperience & AttributesEssentialAt least 5 years experience in a world-class procurement function.Strong fleet management background essential, experience with commercial vehicle body builders highly desirable.Property leasing knowledge (as Lessor).Operationally minded with strong communication and collaboration skillsHighly skilled negotiator with very strong commercial acumenStrong analytical skillsAbility to lead and inspire belief in the procurement functionDemonstrated ability to link implementation of procurement initiatives to profitable growthIntermediate user of MS Excel and a good working knowledge of MS OfficeDesirableCompetency in pre-legal review of draft leasesExperience with Factory/Warehouse property leasingGlass or construction industry backgroundA good working knowledge of logistics, inventory management processes and capabilityIf you meet the above criteria and you're seeking a rewarding career with a nationally recognized household brand, then we would love to hear from you.
