This role is based in the Sydney CBD.What you'll do:As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement strategy of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that align with the long-term needs of the business. Additionally, you will drive supplier rationalisation through cross-functional reviews and perform detailed procurement reporting.Lead the development of procurement and contracting strategyComplete supplier due diligence and integration activities for spend requirementsImplement procurement and sourcing strategies that deliver value for money outcomesDrive supplier and product/service rationalisation through cross-functional reviewsPerform procurement reporting and analysis to identify potential value improvement opportunitiesMaintain contractual and business relationships with vendorsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in strategic procurement within either the public sector or a corporate services environment. Your ability to generate a strong sense of team spirit, cooperation, and collaboration within and across teams sets you apart.
