The role will be accountable for all aspects relating to the processing of orders, timely receipting, dispatching and any other procurement related tasks. Inventory turnover and stock management strategies will be critical to the efficient operation of the department. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary as this role is pivotal to the successful operation of the business. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the below:
Demonstrated leadership and management skills Experience using an ERP, D365 or similar Competent keyboard skills and MS office including intermediate Excel experience Ability to analyse and explain supply data Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills Ability to physically handle medical and non-medical supplies Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar role Experience implementing and managing a central store and live warehouse Dynamics 365 experience and/or experience manage min/max inventory parameters Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic and positive approach with a strong customer focus Superior liaison and negotiation skills Superior problem identification and resolution skills Ability to embrace and influence change Who we are Centrally located between the shops and cafes of The Junction, and the rolling waves of Merewether Beach, Lingard is Newcastle's largest private hospital and offers the community access to the best surgical care in the region.
