Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and executing an end-to-end procurement strategy that aligns with organisational objectives.
Managing all direct procurement activities and supporting select supply chain/logistics optimisation programs across the business.
Liaising with key stakeholders, including internal teams such as contract manufacturing and supply chain, as well as suppliers and industry bodies.
Building a three-year pipeline of initiatives to unlock value and reduce costs in our operations, focusing primarily on Direct Procurement and supporting Indirect Purchasing as needed.
The Successful Applicant
: The successful candidate will possess the following:
5+ years of experience in raw materials and packaging procurement.
A relevant degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to leverage relationships to deliver results.
The ability to see the big picture and develop a corresponding procurement strategy.
