The role:   The Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the procurement activities across our infrastructure business to align with its strategic objectives and contribute to financial success Your impact:   Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
Your every day:   Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and coordinate key procurement packages Proactively identify and lead procurement initiatives leveraging the scale of the business to maximise cost savings for all entities and business units.
Provide a high level of focus on the integrity of the procurement system across the business, ensuring compliance from all participants across the business.
Optimise procurement processes across the business to drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory obligations and monitor supplier performance.
Who are you?
10+ years relevant construction industry experience with proven results.
Demonstrable existing relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices and strategies.
Ability to think critically and innovatively to identify unique solutions to complex problems.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.
