The Regional Management Trainee Program

is designed to fast-track highly talented and motivated individuals into challenging managerial roles within Sika, offering comprehensive training and hands-on experience in procurement within the APAC region. The strategic aim of this program is to establish a strong and diverse talent pipeline for future key senior management positions. The program offers intensive training and immediate exposure to procurement, with a specific focus on: Procurement Management and Strategy

Leadership Development

Category Management

Technology and Applications: Raw Material and Finished Goods

Procurement Tools, Systems, and Processes

You will receive one-on-one training with Sika experts from both the APAC region and our global headquarters in Switzerland, while gaining day-to-day experience with procurement tasks. During the 18 months of the program you will go through: Phase 1- Understanding of the company : culture, business strategy, internal process Phase 2 -

Frontline Experience : Deep dive in procurement functions at the country or APAC regional level with implementation of small-mid size project. Phase 3 - Making a Business Impact : Expanding to regional scope with a major project with significant business impact with potential of relocation to another country for 6 months for the implementation of the initiatives.

Comprehensive Training: Covering

Sika's core strategies, procurement management functions and digital tools, guided by experts from APAC and our global procurement team. Real-World Projects:

Lead and manage critical procurement projects that address current business challenges. Senior Management Exposure:

Direct coaching by Regional Senior Managers and involvement in senior-level meetings. International Experience:

A 6-month overseas assignment, enhancing your global procurement expertise.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a Management-Level Position

within the APAC region. Your expertise - Our strength Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior work experience of two to four years would be an advantage. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership potential Proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital tools Advanced English language skills

Personal Attributes: Ambitious and highly self-motivated Strong curiosity and drive to solve complex problems. Eager to travel and gain multicultural exposure
