About the ProjectIluka's Eneabba Rare Earth Refinery (ERER) Project is located at Eneabba in Western Australia.
We are delivering Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery, achieving an independent supply of rare earth oxides essential to global electrification and decarbonisation.
Our state-of-the-art refinery will feature a total rare earth oxide capacity of 23,000 tonnes p.a, flexibility to process a range of feedstocks and recycling of water and reagents.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Procurement Lead to join our projects team.
This is a permanent position based at our Perth Projects office initially assigned to the ERER Project.
The Procurement Lead is responsible for the overview of all project procurement activities and coordination with our EPCM.
You will support our EPCM contractor in the execution of all project procurement activities in line with Iluka Procurement Policies and standards.
Being the focal point for our project, your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate and persuade effectively across all project functions and Senior Management.
Key Elements of the Role Include:Maintain procurement registers and contractual compliance documentsAlign project procurement activities with project and corporate procurement strategies and protocolsProvide contract procurement advice and support to project teamsManage procurement planning and resourcing for project procurement functionDevelop contract-based commercial solutionsFormulate, draft and finalise commercially and legally viable contract-based business solutionsDay-to-day management and administration of specific high value/high complexity/high risk contractsMonitor and manage EPCM contractor performanceAssist and potentially lead in the resolution of contractor claimsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
