Join us as the Procurement Lead, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our ICT & Corporate business, along with the Category Leader and National Procurement Category Manager. Your mission? Primary responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and delivering total cost of ownership models for the ICT & Corporate portfolio and strategic sourcing initiatives. Create sub-category strategic sourcing plans aligned with overall category direction and spend strategy. Implement and manage source-to-contract strategies, negotiating contracts that deliver significant benefits and support corporate objectives. Lead and support commercial engagement activities, including go-to-market strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract execution. Collaborate with the Procurement/Category Leader and National Procurement Category Manager to develop enterprise-wide strategies for sub-categories. Manage complex cross-functional procurement projects, ensuring tracking of benefits and project status. Contribute to enhancing Procurement/Supply Chain processes and capabilities within the business. Engage and influence internal and external partners to drive desired outcomes through mature procurement practices. Foster supplier innovation at both the Calvary group and business unit levels, with support from leadership. Oversee contract management to ensure compliance and achievement of performance metrics. About you 3-5 years of experience as an ICT & Corporate Category Specialist or Technical Specialist. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Logistics, Finance, or Business, along with professional experience. Proven experience in leading and managing the end-to-end ICT & Corporate procurement lifecycle, including commercial management and service contract management. Strong background in developing ICT & Corporate procurement strategies, including negotiation and contract development. Demonstrated ability to partner with management to achieve significant cost savings through innovative procurement practices. Proven track record in applying category management in a complex, multi-site corporate environment. Solid understanding of ICT & Corporate strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier management, and procurement metrics reporting. Familiarity with procurement methodologies within a category management framework. Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and networking skills. Desirable:
Experience with ERP platforms such as Finance One, SAP, Oracle, or similar. Knowledge of the health industry. CIPS or equivalent professional qualification. Lean Six Sigma or DIMAC certification.
