Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Procurement's governance and systems, ensuring best practices and compliance. Develop and execute Procurement's Process and Governance strategy. Be the subject matter expert for procurement systems & processes, providing training and support. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing key processes, fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Who we are looking for
We're searching for a procurement whiz! You will be an expert in eSourcing tools and workflows, with a knack for streamlining processes. You must possess a high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including an ability to present views credibly, thoughtfully and persuasively.
You will also have:
Demonstrated experience supporting procurement systems, policies, and processes, including eSourcing tools, query management and procurement workflows. Understanding of relevant regulations and policies related to procurement within a University context is desirable. Demonstrated experience in implementing optimisation and automation of operational processes and workflows. For further information regarding responsibilities and requirements please refer to the attached PD.
This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
