We have an opportunity for a Procurement Excellence Manager to join our team. In this newly created role, you will lead the enhancement and efficiency of the procurement processes within the organisation. The primary focus is on analysing, streamlining and improving procurement operations to deliver cost saving, optimise supplier relationships and drive business value. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in design and development, to ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Benefits validation, process optimisation, policy and template development, platform management and reporting and analysis. Project management of key projects within the procurement technology platform roadmap. Leadership and mentorship to a direct report. Your point of difference Professionally qualified with experience in procurement/supply chain management ideally within the property or construction industry, with a background in developing and standardising procurement policies, templates and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice. Experience in contract management and oversight, with a focus on enhancing systems to meet legal and regulatory standards. A leader with strong stakeholder skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. Lean experience is desirable, with a proven track record of applying lean principles to improve procurement processes.
