Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement and Data Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines a procurement analyst role and a data reporting analyst role. The procurement analyst part of the role will be responsible for managing procurement data, updating inventory & procurement catalogues, analysing data, and generating reports to support strategic decision-making. The data reporting analyst part of the role will be responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical data submissions to all relevant external bodies, ensuring data accuracy & integrity and also working with internal/external stakeholders to enhance our data reporting & analysis functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage & support end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to provide insights to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures. Manage periodic data submissions (clinical and non-clinical) to all government and non-government authorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other internal/external stakeholders to improve data integrity, data accuracy and the overall data reporting function. Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven 3-5 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets & problem solve. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms, Finance ERP systems, Patient Administration systems, procurement systems, etc.).
