About the Role RSGx is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team. Located in Rydalmere, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a recognised and rapidly growing organisation delivering high-profile projects in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an optimised procurement system to streamline purchasing processes and controls.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish cost-effective agreements and maintain strong vendor relationships.Ensure timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment to meet project delivery deadlines.Establish and monitor purchasing policies, performance metrics, and compliance with procurement standards.Collaborate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to align procurement activities with project milestones.Maintain an up-to-date Procurement Register and provide real-time progress reporting.Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of procurement systems and processes.Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.The ability to develop and implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements.Experience in construction procurement (highly regarded).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools (advantageous).A relevant tertiary qualification (desirable but not essential).What We Offer At RSGx, you'll be part of an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team that values stability, career development, and innovation.
