Our mission is to partner with our clients to provide the best solution possible on their project to ensure their projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.RSGx's expertise is based on our experience in delivering major projects, both in Australia and abroad in the Oil & Gas, mining, and infrastructure industries, in a collaborative fashion with our clients.The Position:Due to continued growth, RSGx has a great opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Rydalmere.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement an optimised procurement system that enhances purchasing processes and controls.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring strong vendor relationships and cost-effective agreements.Oversee timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment, aligning with project delivery timelines.Establish purchasing policies, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with all procurement standards.Collaborate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to synchronise procurement activities with project milestones.Maintain an up-to-date Procurement Register and provide real-time reporting to track progress.Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.Strong understanding of procurement systems and processes.Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships.Ability to develop and execute cost-saving strategies and process improvements.Experience in construction procurement will be highly regarded.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.Knowledge of relevant procurement software and tools is an advantage.A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.If successful, you will find yourself working within an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team environment, with a great focus on stability and career development.The Next Stage:If you are on the lookout for an opportunity that will progress your career, then we would love to hear from you.
