How You Will Spend Your Time   As a Procurement Coordinator in our team, you'll: Assist with the entry of new/existing suppliers into our systems, completing relevant milestones and tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues to support the end-to-end process of onboarding and renewals.
Facilitate the entry of all required information into our core system.
Identify opportunities to improve the experience and streamline processes.
Work closely with colleagues to manage onboarding and renewals.
Provide clear and reliable assessments and information regarding the process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and document everything in our systems.
On a Day-to-Day Basis, You'll Action requests for new and renewal suppliers.
Provide exceptional service by guiding colleagues through the process, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure effective communication.
Ensure strict compliance with regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Perform reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate records and support departmental operations.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for supplier updates.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and propose recommendations.
Liaise with key stakeholders.
Meet quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
What You Will Bring Experience in financial services, ideally with some exposure to managing contracts within a procurement function.
