Your why  We have several positions available in our procurement team with a huge scope for growth and exciting initiatives to work across analysing spends and contractual agreements and working with relationship managers across renewals or go-to-market initiatives How you will spend your time  As a Procurement Coordinator you'll:  Be responsible for managing the entry of new/existing suppliers into systems, competing relevant milestones and task in these systems.
Work closely with colleagues in the procurement team to manage the end-to-end process if onboarding and renewals.
Work to facilitate all required information required to be entered in core system.
Identify opportunities or gap so as to improve the experience.
Work closely with the NAB Sourcing Consultant to manage the end-to-end process if onboarding and renewals.

Provide a clear and reliable assessment and information regarding the process.
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines to ensure that the Supplier process aligns and meets all obligations and controls If unsure to how to complete a process step(s) follow the escalate process.
Ensure that regulatory guidelines pertaining io onboarding or renewal of a supplier is documented and saved in relevant systems    On a Day-to-Day basis you'll    Be actioning requests for new and renewal suppliers Provide exceptional service by assisting colleagues in the team who initiate requests, guiding them through the process, addressing their concerns, and providing timely updates on the status of their request Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to gather information, seek resolution, and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
Ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards related to Supplier Management Perform reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate records and support departmental operations.
This may include entering documenting outcomes, minutes from meetings or storage of information.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for supplier updates, and ensuring all records are maintained in a systematic and organized manner.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier process.
Propose recommendations, participate in process enhancement initiatives, and contribute to the development of best practices.
Liaising with key stakeholders Meet quality and compliance requirements and productivity targets    What you will bring  2-3 Years experience, ideally in financial Services, ideally with experience using Grace, managing contracts within a procurement function Resilience, prioritisation and Time management skills Initiative and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and learn quickly and coach others Strong written communication skills.
