THE ROLE As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement functions, supplier relationships and cost and product management processes to support the operations of the department, ensuring high customer service levels and the achievement of best value for the organisation.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to: Provide procurement/estimating support for all tendering, RFI and RFP activities. Assist in the development and implementation of Preferred Supplier Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Scopes of Work  Assist with trade cost benchmarking and analysis  Assist in maintaining all pricing and rebate agreements to ensure current/accurate Maintain cost growth forecast and rebate forecast trackers Produce Bill of Quantities (BOQ) exports for cost movement analysis  Provide analysis on the impact that cost/specification changes have on standard models (designs, facades, etc.) Ensure product specification sheets are up to date  Maintain Lifestyle Studio product catalogues to ensure current/accurate Collaborate with supply chain and internal stakeholders on procurement  issues as required  Respond to expressions of interest from supply chain. Work with CPG Estates, Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes to develop and implement procurement strategies for CPG Estates projects.  Assist with the procurement of goods/services for CPG Estates projects, including development of scope of works. Assist with the development and execution of procedures to enable more efficient pre-construction and construction outcomes for house and land packages.  To be successful for this role you'll need: 2-3 years' experience in Sales and/or Production Estimating essential  Experience in a similar Procurement role preferable  Knowledge of Estimating related software including On Screen Take Off, Sage Estimating (or equivalent), WMS and Click (or equivalent).  Advanced computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel. Proven organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Perks of working with CPG Competitive remuneration with annual reviews   Career advancement opportunities to help you to reach your professional goals. Learning and development opportunities – online learning platform and site training.   Paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers.   Rewards Days for the outstanding performers – An opportunity to experience something new as part of our Reward and Recognition scheme.     Discount on building a home.   Access to novate leases.   Generous employment referral bonuses scheme.   Discount from our suppliers – household appliances, materials and stunning furniture at cheaper prices.   Access to our Employee assistance program.  CPG values an innovative, diverse workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
