What You Will Be Doing The Procurement Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Procurement Department, responsible for supporting both the strategic procurement team and the tactical purchasing operations.
This position ensures seamless procurement processes by coordinating and managing various procurement activities, from sourcing and contract management to daily transactional purchasing.
The Procurement Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize procurement efficiency, deliver value-added services, and support the department's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, facilitating tender processes, maintaining purchasing catalogues, managing purchase orders, and providing analysis to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
