Job Description About the roleWe are currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team at our Emerald site. This is a full-time position requiring a person who is mechanically minded.The Procurement Coordinator key purpose is to assist the Gin Site Manager with stock and parts procurement, inventory management, inventory stock-takes, auditing and other duties associated with site management. The duties will mainly be administrative based with high levels of reporting, monitoring and follow up. Responsibilities (but not limited to):Audit and review discrepancies with inventory reportingDistributionOrdering/procuring parts and services (including price monitoring)Coordinating parts and materials to work orders and requestsInventory reconciliationsMaintain the physical appearance of the premises and areas under their control to the satisfaction of site management.Reporting of utility usage (electricity, water, fuel and gas) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
