About The Role As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for successfully delivering procurement, contracting and key commercial activities on a large mine site in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Key Accountabilities Of The Role Include Forging collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses to deliver key contracts and projects. Preparing and responding to commercial matters by way of contract resolution, commercial frameworks and deciding the best commercial outcomes for the business. Partnering with internal legal teams to provide contract advice and negotiate the best outcomes for the business. Facilitating training and guiding key business stakeholder's compliance to commercial frameworks and processes. Drafting business reports and contracts for final execution, including reviewing administrator work for final approval. Taking part in evaluation meetings for tender negotiations to provide final award recommendations. Delivering business and process improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in this role you will need: At least 1-2 years in a similar role, with exposure to end-to-end procurement and contracts functions. The ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes and provide procurement and contract support including tenders and contract execution. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and strong time management skills. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
