With sustainability at the centre of every decision they make, they are maximising production to support decarbonisation and having a positive impact on people, communities and the environment.Job DescriptionThis hands-on role will see you responsible for a number of key activities including the following:End to end management of a range of sourcing and contracts workIdentify and implement process improvement within the specific categories and the broader procurement functionManage stakeholder relationshipsImplement supplier agreements and various procurement strategies designed to deliver improved service levels and cost savings across the groupThe procurement spend will include a range of corporate services such as explorationThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will demonstrate experience in the full sourcing process including tenders, negotiations, and contract award. While some activities will be fairly transactional, others will be high value and will require more of a strategic focus, so you will be comfortable managing both processes.You will enjoy working in a small team and contributing to a range of tasks that will contribute to other parts of the business.
