Job Description
Develop and implement technology strategies to enhance procurement and supply chain consulting services.
Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee the integration of AI, machine learning, and data analytics into procurement and supply chain processes.
Engage with clients to understand their technological needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep at the cutting edge of procurement and supply chain technology.
Manage budgets, time lines, and resources for technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in technology management, with a focus on procurement or supply chain.
Proven experience in leading technology teams and managing large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes and the technological tools that support them.
Expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and other emerging technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a consultancy environment is a plus.
