Procurement Consultant

A well-established Professional services firm is on the lookout for a consultant to join their procurement advisory team here in Canberra on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will provide strategic sourcing and procurement advice on behalf of the firm's government clients.
The successful candidate will understand government procurement policy and have knowledge of how to apply Government procurement rules (CPR's), as well as experience in delivering or assisting with end-to-end procurement activities, including requirements gathering, definition, and management of approach to market activities.
You will also have experience contributing to RFT processes in the public sector.
It is desirable but not essential that you have strong ICT vendor/technology provider management experience.
