Step into a role where you'll oversee a portfolio of Indirect categories, strategically driving sustainable value for the business while aligning with Lion's values and vision.
This role is conveniently based at our vibrant York Street office, placing you right at the heart of our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include:Crafting procurement strategies for all assigned categories, addressing both immediate and long-term implications.Executing these strategies to drive business value, ensure seamless supply continuity, and support our long-term goals.Building strong internal and external relationships to enhance supplier connectivity and strengthen business partnerships.Managing assigned categories by consulting with key stakeholders and resolving projects or challenges as they arise.What kind of experience and knowledge are we looking for?At least 5 years of procurement experience, with exposure to Indirects preferred.In-depth understanding of supply chain mechanics, as well as how manufacturing and design impact commercial outcomes.Solid background in strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier management, and procurement reporting.Join us in building the next chapter of a proud Lion legacy by embracing a challenger mindset - being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction.
