You will manage and prioritize procurement activities and ensure the alignment of business and procurement strategies. As a business partner, you will advocate for the business, manage commercial risks, and drive excellence within the supply base. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible to:Act as the primary procurement representative and first point of contact for the business.Understand and communicate business needs, insights, local constraints, and regulations to category management teams.Lead the implementation of sourcing strategies at the business level, ensuring business buy-in and communicating the value delivered by procurement.Identify, understand, and proactively manage risks to the business.Provide procurement insights to support business decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated procurement strategies, encouraging open communication and shared goals.Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the procurement team.About YouYou are an excellent negotiator and project/change manager with strong commercial acumen, consultative skills, and proven strategic abilities. You have demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantages through the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
