The Logistics Technician is responsible for purchasing, receipt and dispatch of goods, and assisting with other workplace administrative tasks as required.
This position reports to the Logistics Manager and is part of the Logistics Team located in Adelaide and will be full time on site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive purchasing process for the procurement of laboratory and general consumables, equipment and service quotes.Manage Goods inwards process, including batch numbering, maintaining documentation, maintain Inventor Management and databases.Assist with Workplace and EHS activities, manufacturing and general laboratory activities as required.The essential requirements of the job include: Degree in relevant field of Life Science.Excellent Computer skills, especially advanced Excel skills.2-5 years of experience in Procurement is highly desirable.Excellent written, oral communication skills, able to work independently, and high level of attention to detail.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to lift, move or carry laboratory stock and equipment, any other physical requirements.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Previous experience in a laboratory environment.Sound organisational and negotiation skills.Join our winning team today.
