Job Description Your new role We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC. We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a friendly and high-performing team as part of CSC's Finance business area. In your new role, you will be a key point of contact within the broader organisation and be responsible for the maintenance of accurate vendor, contracts and other procurement-related data within the CSC Financial Information Management System (FIMS). The key responsibilities of the role are: Timely processing of Spending Proposals and Contracts within the FIMS in accordance with the Procure to Pay Procedures. Monitoring the Procurement Services inbox, responding to routine procurement queries, and assisting users with the contracts and procurement functions within the FIMS. Working with business areas and Accounts Payable to ensure the on-time payment of our vendors. Maintaining contract records within the FIMS to ensure data quality against the standards set within the Procure to Pay Procedures. Extracting contracts data from the FIMS to assist the team's analysis, as well as assisting to prepare biannual Senate Order reports. Printing/preparing Purchase Orders for the business as required. Providing continuous improvement of the above processes so that they continue to meet regulatory standards and support the business to achieve improved member outcomes.
